On November 11th, 2024, Tallahassee Dental Specialists and Periodontics and Implant Dentistry of Tallahassee co-hosted a luncheon honoring our local retired military personnel. While veterans were able to eat for free and enter our fun raffles, anyone and everyone was invited to participate in the festivities with a small donation! The funds received at this event go directly to the Veterans of Foreign Wars foundation, providing essential support and services to military veterans, active-duty personnel, and their families. Its mission focuses on advocacy, assistance, and creating community programs that promote the well-being of veterans, including offering emergency financial relief, scholarships, and healthcare resources. The foundation also works to honor veterans’ sacrifices through public education and outreach efforts.
